Today, we visited the Coronet's Pop-up showroom in Chelsea.
- The fixture can be expanded or inverted by 2” to 4" on the center within the same fixture run. (fixtures joints by molding)
- Available in 8' and 12' lengths.
- This fixture can also be bi-directional.
- Tunable white 2700K to 5000K with intensity control. (New!)
- They have a vertical light blocker and are working on a magnetic system to pull fixtures together.
- They are considering improving the lens (male, female sliding to each other), overlapping, taping on the back (been proposed) since currently gaps can be seen between adjacent lenses.
- This fixture cannot be physically modified.
- The CCT and stem length can be modified however.
- It is standard 0-10v.
- Available in Bi-directional, recessed, and surface mounting.
- It has an integral driver
- The LS3 is bi-directional, LS1 is single direction (direct).
- A highlight of this fixture is that it is heavily modifiable, not so costly.
- This fixture looks very similar to the Vibia fixture. However, this fixture does not pivot.
- It is made of aluminum and has a drop acrylic lens.
- It has an integral driver
- Can be single or bi-directional.
- The center spine could be longer but the fixture lens cannot.
- The vacuum formed plastic lens makes the ring seamless.
- Available in matte, gloss, semi-gloss, and flat finishes.
- The tape is right on top of the fixture.
- It has a central axis canopy (flat canopy available as well).
- It does have some uplight.
- Up to 5’ diameter.
- A 3 circuit, 24V, magnetic rail, robust system with 0-10 dimming.
- The largest load is 96 watt/circuit. They are looking to increase the sizing and higher temp standard for CA requirements.
- The recessed track head is new! It started 10/2018.
- 17° to 33° optics on this 450 LED track head
- There is an increment restriction of 11” on baffle and 6” on the linear system.
- Downward and upward lens.
- Limited in finish options.
- Can be in provided with a higher light output.
- It is 30 to 40% less expensive than the competitive systems.
- The recessed track system will be out in December 2018
- There are three optics available in the track head and it has a 350 Lumen output. A higher output track head is coming. It is dimmable via 0-10v.
- Flanged and Flangeless track is available.
- Available in 30° and 50° optics. The 50° is a little shallower.
- This is 30 deg. Bi-directional. It has separate circuits and requires a remote driver.
- The continuous run require double mounting cables
- The longest run with single mounting point line cable is 8ft.
50° optic shown above.
This is the brighter version of the part of the Loopita series.
- Available in 18", 3’, 4’, and 5’ sizes.
- Soft curved, seamless form, RGB color.
- Cost effective.
- Top lit, 20% uplight contribution.
- Acoustic panel on top as an addition is coming soon!
The Wall grazer, part of the PG4 Series.
We liked the grazing!
- What we also noticed was the optic is a little greenish. Perhaps because of the silicon lens!
- As it can be seen in this photo, the light is located 4”-5” away from the wall which causes a nice 15° light distribution on the floor.
- The illuminated dropped lens can be popped up too for indirect lighting
CURVED LS SERIES:
- 30° and 45° radius curve.
- It comes as direct/indirect as well.
- NOTE: They are using Osram, Samsung LED chips for round fixtures
- Cree LED chips are used in linear systems and the track heads.
- Their facility allows for the max cutting length of 12’ run.
- For 2019, they are considering more sconces and wet location linear lights.
