Based in New Jersey, Mercury Lighting have been known in the industry as providing cost effective linear and troffer fixtures. Previously they have been known only as a fluorescent fixture manufacturer, but over the past couple of years they have put their efforts into doing what they are good at, but with LEDs. Taking their fluorescent fixtures, they deconstructed them and redeveloped the bodies to work better with LEDs and tried to make them as contractor friendly as possible. All of their fixtures have dimming options and can be dimmed to 1%. Programmable drivers allow you to also determine the wattage or lumen output desired as well. Mercury also can provide integral emergency battery backups for a majority of their fixtures. The batteries can be specified with 5 watts, 7 watts, or 10 watts with 10 lumens per watt.
Mercury offers a standard 5 year warranty on all of their fixtures, but they can offer a 10 year one for an adder. They quote a 2 week lead time, but usually ship within 7-10 day.
We took a look at their linear line LW series that has a rounded lens. It comes in varying widths, and with the curved lens there are no visible LED nodes. The frosted lens has a ribbed interior to add to the diffraction of the LED nodes, however they can do a custom lens with a smooth interior if the order is for 100+ fixtures.
