We looked at the updated and new product families today.

MADISON Family:

Micro MADISON Slot: 3.8” wide continuous runs slot with adjustable and lockable Individual fixture heads; up to 1000lm output. The Slot System is available in 4.8” and 5.8” could accommodate camera, speaker, other equipment.

NEW: Madison Slot in recessed and pendant version available as standard.

NEW (Q2) in Downlight family: Wood trim for their 3.3” and 4.5” round & square beveled downlights

Cylinder family: 3.3” aperture model is the NEW addition to the current 4.5” aperture; available in 7” (up to 2200lm) & 11” (up to 4000lm) with NEW Madison Double Gimble. The 3.3" is available in round and square, beveled trim up to 3000lm and with integrated Micro Madison up to 1000lm; Available in tunable and warm-dim.

Another NEW update is the adjustable cylinder in 3.3”, 90-degree tilt and 360-degree rotation, up to 3000lm. Stem mounting will be an option in new future (in-progress)

ZOIE: NEW beam spreads of 10, 15, 35, and 60 degree optics as standard. up to 200lm/cell, Osrom LED Chip

• Zoie recessed wall wash: 1.14” wide, 4”, 8”, and 12” lengths with NEW integrated louver for better glare control,

• Zoie Continuous run pendant: NEW is 4’ in length, matching the output options to LINEA (250, 500, 750, and 1000lm); modifiable with a programable driver.

• NEW (Q2): Surface mounted Zoie continuous run and could be specified in 1FT increment starting from 1FT instead of current 4FT starting length.

NEW: Now LINEA and ZOIE could be mixed in a single continuous run.

LINA Grazer series: NEW 35 degree adjustability.

Grazer products are available in tunable white and RGB.

Standard down to 1% dimming.

EXTANT LIGHTING

Today, we looked at EXTANT LIGHTING for the first time.

They presented the EXTANT EDGE, a linear fixture with a 1.875" square-shaped profile, Nichia LED chip, direct and direct/indirect, controlled independently.

They are using a unique optical lens (Microstructure Edgetech Optics) to achieve an even illumination with minimal glare.

What's unique about this fixture is the utilized 400ft long roll of frosted lens film mounted below an acrylic etched diffuser, which allows a seamless look when run continues without any visible joint lines (comes with the fixture as standard but also purchasable at $1/ft).

HUNTINGTON:

Low profile recessed linear fixture with 1.5" and 3" wide lens, offered with integral driver (2.25" in direct mud-in & flanged mounting) and low plenum profile model (1.75" tall) with remote driver, available with Lambertian, batwing, & wall washer beam spreads.

Available mounting options are mud-in, trim flange, Armstrong, and various T-grid ceiling systems.

ERCO

Today, we looked at an overview of new ERCO product.

Eclipse Fixture: Single-chip, available in 4 sizes with dark light technology.

Offered in 11 different distributions (in field replaceable) - White& Black are standard finishes.

Below are the spot and oval flood distributions - rotation is lockable in place.

Zoom Feature: The light beam diameter can be infinitely adjusted from spot (15°) to wide flood (65°) by simply turning the lens.

The 2700K and 3000K available in 92CRI and 97 CRI

The 3500 and 4000K available in 82CRI and 92 CRI

Available accessories: Snoot, color filter, honeycomb louver, 4 & 8 leaves barn door options.

*What’s unique is that the framing projector is now an accessory (about 20% output drop).

Wall-washer fixture: we looked at a row of four mounted on a 10ft ceiling, set 3'-3" from the wall and 4’-0” apart. It’s very forgiving in spacing - 1:3 spacing

COLOR TUNING is now available through the Casambi system, Osram chips, RGBW 1700K to 10000K

*Another cool feature is in-field replaceable dimming options: potentiometer dimming (onboard), Switch, and Casambi (Bluetooth) - 0-10V, Dali,& DMX dimming.

TRACK: 48V Mini in 1” X 1” and Standard large system - Available mounting are suspended recessed (flanged, trimless), surface.

PABLO DESIGN

We looked at the updated PAPLO DESIGN products. Pieces are typically made in China or Taiwan and assembled in San Francisco.

SKY SOUND: A pendant fixture with a combination of acoustical element and powerful Omni-directional lighting. The disc is PET. Available in 18’, 24’, and 32”; available finishes are Stone Grey, Anthracite, Turquoise, and Chestnut.

BOLA DISC: This popular product is now available in dim to warm, the standard is 3000K. Black is the new finish. Not ADA compliant.

*Custom CCT requires a minimum of 54 QTY. Overlap installation is also another cool feature.

BOLA SPHERE TABLE: Could be locked down to a surface. A great option for hospitality. Dim to warm 1800K to 2700K is the standard. Static white is also available.

The Pablo Talia wireless charging base is $195.

BETA CALCO LIGHTING

We looked at this brand for the first time and went over their most popular products.

Beta Calco offers up to 200 different finishes! For example, they have 3 to 4 different antique bronze finishes and a variety of acrylic and linen for shades

They are able to provide any CCT and dimming systems, LUTRON, integrated into control panels (great for hospitality projects).

LE LOUVER: Linear fixture with Direct and Direct/Indirect distributions & UGR >9; available in 4, 6, 8, and 12ft, either stand-alone or continuous runs; available with 5 different louver finishes. Starting from 200lm/ft up to 1200lm/ft.

RING: Circular fixture with 3” profile, Down and Up/Down distributions. Available from 2’ up to 18’ in diameter; available as surface and pendant mounted; acoustic panel up to 8' is available as an option. Starting from 4600lm in both Down and Up/Down distributions. RGB is also an option

RAZAR CUBE: Outdoor sconce with 1,2, and 4 sides distributions; this is part of the RAZAR series. Available with 2 beam angles, 3° narrow and 75° wide. the 3° is 2W with 41lm. The 75° model is 5W with 345lm.

TLS International

The TLS International began 5 years ago. They have done many international well known retail projects.

TENSION LED SYSTEM:

Dynamic structure without rigid backing for uniform illumination. The system can hold up to 500Ib.

An acoustical system can go through the system; Customizable size, shape, and output; minimal; Everything being shipped pre-assembled, fit the project

LUMICLOUD:

Uniform modular lighting system with static white, tunable white, RGBW or individual pixel control. Available as surface and recessed mounted; printed pattern is an option.

They could provide max 16ft fabric run with seamless look.

They have their own installation team or can provide a supervisor who would be presented at site and control the

Available CCTs: 2700K to 6500K and 2700K to 4000K. custom range is possible, depending on the quantity and size. LED chips are coated to be IP65.

They have an integrated astronomical time clock which automatically change the light throughout the day.

They have developed their own module with DMX controller. which could speak to other 3rd party DMX controllers.

Now they are offering perforated metal in custom shapes and patterns. this will be installed on top of the fabric (diffuser). But also possible to do without the fabric.

They have their own digital platform for making the media (MAGIC software) and they have their own content creator and software.

COOLEDGE

Circle: Round fixture with 95+ CRI; available in 4 sizes of 4', 5', 6', and 7' in diameter.

pricing: The small 4ft is $1799, and the medium 5ft is $2199.

The tunable white option is a $100 adder.

Overall, they have improved the lumen output of their existing products.

Also, they reduced the cost of their rectangular FABRICated luminaires (up to $650/fixture).

The COOLEDGE now has a sub-brand called LUMISCAPES, dedicated to high volume, low priced fixtures available only with standard option (no customization).

LUMISCAPES fixtures are available with 3 standard CCTs of 3000K, 3500K, and 4000K. and 0-10V dimming down to 5%.

NEW PRODUCTS:

FABRICore: Acoustical illuminated panel with removable fabric diffuser.

FABRICloud: Acoustical 4'X4' tile with pre-configures scenes. with backlight and printed image on the fabric diffuser. Priced about $599 for a 4’X4’ tile. verity of configurations are available such as 1X1, 1X2, 1X3, 2X2, and 2X3 (8’x12’). Mounting options are surface, grid/recessed, and suspended.

The printed model cuts more output (depending on the image) comparing to the shadow model.

FABRIColor: W+RGB (quad chip, 94 CRI) available for the standard shapes only. The white color itself is a very powerful standard white, 3500K. The white CCT is adjustable by mixing with other color chips. They will release the ratio required for guidelines.

NORI: Accept up to add 2 lenses honeycomb louver, 45 degree cone (wall-washer option)

YORI Surface/ pendant: Available in multi sizes; Possible to do it as a cluster of multi sizes; EldoLED driver is an option; custom finish is a $35 adder.

DELRAY Lighting

Today we looked at the Delray Lighting for the first time. The company is based in California, offers state-of-the-art LED drivers with 0–10V dimming (to less than 1%), programmable for custom wattages, decorative luminaires, available in a wide variety of styles: pendants, chandeliers, tubes, and linear lights, as well as semi-recessed downlights.

They have 5 categories of products:

1- GLASS: Frosted and open bottom fixtures. Available in RGB and RGBW.

2-METAL PENDANT: Metal, industrial fixtures

LUMA (NEW) allow the interior wall to be painted in different color SONAR

3-TEXTURA: different optics lenses: most efficient spot: hospitality, more discreet emergency driver-battery pack could be accommodated in the canopy

4-CIRCLES: Wood grained

5-SEMI-RECESSED: fit in 2ft panel dome could be accommodated with X3 accent light fixtures.

6-LINEAR: 1” wide by 2” tall, Up, Down, and Up/Down aluminum housing st and custom sizes

7-STICK System Linear: 4ft length no pixelation on the lens, industrial look with rotatable optic TUBE large dimension

Located in Michigan with over 10 years of experience in lighting. They are known for their furniture and their integrated lighting solutions into furniture. They are concentrated in the following categories:

• Area lighting

• Wall & Surface Mount Lighting

• Catenary & Pendant Lighting

• Floor Lighting

• Path lighting, bollards and wayfinding

ALOCTT is one of their popular pole lighting fixtures, available in 12ft, 14ft, 16ft, 20ft, and 32ft, mostly used in compasses, parks, parking lots.

SKYLINE Bollard is their shortest bollard fixture. It comes in 15" and 32" tall.

RECENT PRODUCTS:

MOTIVE: Bringing the look of area lighting 10-12ft performance path lighting They could design the illuminated part facing out. (All the photos are shown in 3000K)

The standard CCT options for this family are 2700K, 3000K, and 4000K. The 2700K is not available other fixtures as standard.

The Floor Lamp Motive is available as hard wired or plug-in with a 10ft long cord. This fixture is fairly stable with over 50 pound weight. It could be screed to the ground for more stability.

TUMBLER: comes as pole mounted with different configuration single or multi heads, also available in catenary and pendant mount. Available as a frosted and clear lens. This fixture could be daisy-chained. Single COB LED chip is an option for all the categories in this family. It offers better shielding. All the COB models are Dark Sky Compliance.

SLOPE: Pole and wall mount single and double head fixture; also available in the retrofit.

MODIFIED PRODUCTS: They are open to customization with a dedicated department for that.

For dimming, all the fixtures have an integral driver with 0-10V dimming down to 10% as standard. Options for going below 10% is also an option.

XAL + ARMSTRONG Ceiling

Today We looked at two new recessed linear fixtures, compatible with ARMSTRONG ceiling.

PANO

Low profile recessed fixture available in 2”, 3.25”, and 5.25” wide; compatible with standard length Armstrong’s Woodworks Grille, Woodworks Grille Tegular 9/16”, Woodworks Linear Veneered Panels, and Woodworks Linear Solid Wood Panels.

This fixture only comes in 2’, 4’, and 8’, the same length as the Armstrong panels. For a continuous run, there will be a 1inch reveal between fixtures.

Wider aperture is preferred for use with the wooden gride. No extra hanging wires are needed since there are heavy-duty grids in the Armstrong ceiling structure. Simply fastening brackets needed to grip and snap on to the structure.

This fixture has a remote driver which could also be mounted directly on the back of the fixture (like the integrated driver).

Available lengths for integration into Grille Tegular ceiling are 2’ and 4”, matching the grid length.

LENO

A 3 ⅜" wide recessed fixture, installed from below with easy snap-in installation; great for applications with minimal clearance above the ceiling.

This fixture features plug and play wiring system (not available in PANO).

It’s compatible with Armstrong 9/16" Suprafine, Silhouette, Interlude, 4" TechZone.

The start and end fixtures in the continuous run are slightly shorter to accommodate the ceiling grids.

Armstrong collaborated with AXIOM (3rd party) company for cove and perimeter lighting with prefabricated drywall kit

For lengths greater than standard runs, XAL offers black cover for ends. Although for plaster-in, end to end run, the BASO fixture is a better option. It comes in 1.5”, 2.5”, 4” widths. It’s slightly taller without a plug& play option

Today we had a brief overview of the current and new products:

REED: Suitable for general lighting in spaces like a corridor.

2.25" diameter; 6.5" to 72" lengths; 1000lm-1300lm; 40° and 60° beam spreads. Available in pendant, HLO pendant with drop lens, square version.

TULE: Suitable for general lighting in spaces like office, hallways.

4" diameter; 7" tp 60" in length; 1300-4000lm; 25°, 40°, and 60° beam spreads. Available in Pendant with a flushed and dropped lens, surface mounted.

**Tunable white is available for all the above as an option.

MONARCH: Up/down pendant with slits on the top (optional); 4", 12" length; 600lm or 800lm up and 1300lm or 2000lm. 

CUBED: Wet and dry up/down sconce; Available in 3.9”, 5”, and 18”; 400-800lm.

NEW:

• REED HLO+:  NEW extended length HLO Drop Lenses to mix & match, any Reed Pendant body. The HLO drop lenses now come in 12", 6", 3" and 1" lengths.

• REED and TULE wet rated

• Surface mounted REED from 6.5" to 60"

Coming in Fall:

• Shooting Star Pendant 1" diameter with 1000lm could be done as single or in a cluster with a canopy

Cirque

This fixture is made from spun aluminum and comes in the following size options:

• 7 inch

• 10 inch

• 15 inch

It is also available in many different finishes.

Above

The shade is made form spun aluminum. This fixture can have an opal shielding. It comes in many different finishes.

Slim

This fixture comes in the following size options:

• 10 inch

• 17 inch

• 26 inch

The Slim is available in a variety of mounting options including: flush, pendant, and surface mounting.

Flindt Wall

This fixture is made from dies cast aluminum and comes in 2700K or 3000K. It comes in the following sizes:

• 8 inch

• 12 inch

• 16 inch

Ripple

The Ripple is available in both 10 and 20 inches. The 10 inch fixtures is $350 DN and the 20 inch is $450 DN.

The color temperature standard is 3000K or 3500K but custom options are available.

Enigma

The largest size of this fixture is 35 inches and has 8 rings. The largest size is $2000 DN. The medium size of $550 DN, and the smallest size (shown) is $450 DN. The top of the rings are matte and the bottom of the rings are shiny.

B-K Lighting

SARATOGA: A 10watts single point source flood light; up to 1400 delivered lm. Available in 20°, 50°, or wall wash optics

Stem options now available; accept upto 3 optical accessories. Snoot and cut-off riser (for undercover lighting) to reduce glare.

This is the small model of the Yosemite.

The remote driver could be placed up to 50FT away. The power on canopy option allow 1 fixture per driver.

DENALI with integral driver: limited to 13watts, 120V only Brigelux LED chips.

Up to 1000 delivered lm.

Only incandescent dimming. Everything is field replaceable.

DENALI with remote driver: 12, 20, or 27W, up to 1900 delivered lm. 15°, 35°, and 60° optics.

*The 12 & 20 watts: Xicato and 27 watts: Bridgelux.

UKAN: Indirect 3”X5”, 10W, 800 delivered lm. 18" above the ground give 20ft spacing and getting 1fc/sqft, 90CRI. This fixture has the same dimming as HUME

Integral driver is an option, installed in the internal sleeve to provide flush mounting in a concrete, brick and wood wall.

The face plate is removable to provide access to the light for tilt adjustment. Available with X3 different face plates .

NEW: AGI2 - in-ground uplight: 120V-277V, similar to HT2, 3000lm, good for 30FT to 40FT flag lighting.

18" below grade housing for optimum stability and 12" or 18" above grade housing for optimum output.

Drainage is already integrated into this fixture.

In general, standard lead time is 3 weeks and modifications 6 weeks.
