We saw the new N°8 LED downlight last week. Great color and beam spread offerings. It's a 22watt module with remote phosphor technology (which is pretty standard for most LED downlights we've seen. The light output is comparable to a 35watt MR16 and the beam spreads are field changeable, which is great. The whole module fits in their standard housing, and is offered with a solite lens on the trim (one option looks like their wet location trims, and the second option has a much wider diameter lens for the larger beam spread). The solite lens looks good, but we may use the fixture without it as it cuts off about 15% of the light output. The trim and LED module looked fine without the lens covering . We're looking forward to the adjustable version. http://www.8lighting.com/
