During today’s webinar, Armstrong presented its new product, the Pre-Cut Acoustical Panel. This allows a timeless fixture installation (snap-in from the below) in an existing opening which is located on the center of the tile by the standard.
This solution reduces the cost by approximately 10% by cutting the field charges like cutting the holes, installation, and recycling.
For specifying the tile, only the grids sizes should be provided when specifying the USAI fixtures.
The Pre-Cut panel is compatible with most of the USAI fixtures like BeveLED, 2.2”, complete, & basic series with round or square trims in 2”, 3”, and 4” aperture.
One other interesting thing about this new product is that now the tile is available in a variety of finishes, matching to the USAI trim finishes.
